Eye certificates must be done by an approved Opthalmologist. Currently approved ophthalmologists are:
Dr Peter Collinson
Dr Craig Irving
Eye Certificates are valid for 12 months.

Cardiac

Annual certificate from a Veterinarian.
Please take the appropriate form and explanation of testing method to your veterinarian.
If an abnormality is noted then an examination with a recognised Cardiologist / Veterinarian with special interest in cardiology is recommended. The appropriate form along with the guidelines for examination should be taken to your certifying veterinarian.
